Silveira CRA, et al. - The clinicians compared the effects of aerobic and goal-based exercise on 5 cognitive domains in cognitively normal and impaired individuals with Parkinson’s disease (PD). Compared to goal-based exercise, aerobic exercise was found to be more effective for the treatment of cognition in PD with and without cognitive impairment.
