Ajmani GS, et al. – The clinicians explored the impact of adjuvant radiation therapy (RT) on overall survival (OS) in patients with sinonasal melanoma. Their findings suggested that adjuvant therapy did not provide a significant survival benefit in resected sinonasal melanomas regardless of margin status, except those with stage IVB disease. Hence, practitioners must consider the added benefit of adjuvant therapy in these patients.
