Fuchs CS et al. -After curative resection of gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, increased survival occurred in patients who received post-operative chemoradiotherapy with bolus fluorouracil and leucovorin compared with surgery alone. In the current study, post-operative chemoradiotherapy using a multiagent regimen of epirubicin, cisplatin, and fluorouracil before and after radiotherapy does not improve survival compared with standard fluorouracil and leucovorin before and after radiotherapy after a curative resection of gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma,.
