The American Journal of Gastroenterology Oct 31, 2017
Baratta F, et al. - For this research, the physicians examined the association between Mediterranean Diet (Med-Diet) and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). In addition, they investigated the effect of Med-Diet on insulin resistance. An inverse relationship was found between Med-Diet and NAFLD prevalence.
