Stabile G, et al. - Researchers assessed the impacts of cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) using data from the CRT-MORE registry. They looked at a large population of patients implanted with a CRT device who were stratified according to the 2016 European heart failure (HF) guidelines. A composite of death and HF hospitalization was the primary end-point. Based on 2016 European HF guidelines Class I indication, 60% of patients underwent implantation. A lower death and HF hospitalization rate and better left ventricular reverse remodeling was related to adherence to Class I
