Sleep Medicine Dec 22, 2017
Kim JH, et al. - The authors evaluated adherence and persistence of ropinirole, pramipexole, and gabapentin. In addition, they aimed to examine factors associated with non-adherence and non-persistence in restless legs syndrome (RLS) patients. In newly diagnosed RLS patients, adherence and persistence to ropinirole, pramipexole, and gabapentin were low during 365 days of follow-up. Certain patient characteristics were predictors of non-adherence and non-persistence.
