Quek KH, et al. - Researchers hypothesized that the addition of a PECS II block would improve anaesthesia and analgesia for proximal arm arteriovenous access surgery. In this current study, it was demonstrated that addition of a II block to a supraclavicular block afforded improved regional anaesthesia for patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing proximal arm arteriovenous access surgery.
