Gongora CA, et al. – This meta–analysis aimed to compare coronary CT angiography (CCTA) with other standard–of–care (SOC) approaches in the evaluation of patients with acute chest pain. The use of CCTA was correlated with similar major adverse cardiac events compared with other SOC approaches, but higher rates of revascularisation in patients with acute chest pain.
