Tan ECK, et al. - Authors examined the connection between acetylcholinesterase inhibitor (AChEI) use and risk of ischemic stroke and death in people with dementia using data from the Swedish Dementia Registry from 2007 to 2014. It was reported that AChEI users vs matched controls displayed a lower risk of stroke and all-cause death. Yielded data warranted a closer examination of the cardiovascular effects of AChEIs.
