Sinz C, et al. - This paper ascertained if dermatoscopy improved the diagnostic accuracy for nonpigmented (amelanotic) cutaneous neoplasms. It was determined that dermatoscopy improved the diagnosis and management of nonpigmented skin cancer. Its utility was recommended as an adjunct to the examination with the unaided eye.
