Headache: The Journal of Head and Face Pain Jun 24, 2018
Seng EK, et al. - Authors assessed the association between psychiatric symptoms, acceptance, and migraine-related disability in migraine sufferers presenting at a tertiary care headache center. One-third (36.0%) of the patients included in this study reported a chronic migraine, and a half (51.5%) reported severe migraine-related disability. Partially, through their associations with pain willingness and activity engagement, migraine-related disability could be influenced by psychiatric symptoms. This theoretical pathway was supported by the results.
