Study involved 113 pairs of ccRCC tissues and para-normal tissues.
In ccRCC tissues and ccRCC cell lines, significantly enhanced LINC00460 was found.
LINC00460 overexpression resulted in poor overall survival.
LINC00460 overexpression was significantly related to lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.
Reduction in cell ability of proliferation, migration, and invasion was afforded by LINC00460 knockdown.
