Lappas M, et al. – The purpose of this study is to determine whether A20 regulate mediators involved in the terminal processes of human labour in primary myometrial and amnion cells. A20 is a nuclear factor–kappa B (NF–κB) responsive gene that acts as a negative regulator of NF–κB–induced expression of pro–labour mediators.
