Chen H, et al. - This population-based study was planned to assess the significance of various breast surgical treatments for the non-metastatic inflammatory breast cancer (IBC). Findings suggested a great significance of breast surgery to the clinical outcome of IBC. Standard mastectomy should not be the only recommended breast surgical treatment.
