Badal K, et al. – Researchers plan to reveal whether Trinidad and Tobago (T&T) has the framework for successful organized national screening. It is surmised that before investing in nationally organized breast cancer (BC) screening, T&T must first strengthen its human and physical resources, implement monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and quality control and assurance (QC&A) measures, strengthen cancer care, and address other impediments to BC early detection.
