A single nucleotide polymorphism of DNA methyltransferase 3B gene is a risk factor for recurrent spontaneous abortion

American Journal of Reproductive Immunology Sep 24, 2017

Barisic A, et al. - This study was designed to explore the potential link between DNA methyltransferase gene polymorphisms (DNMT1 rs2228611, DNMT3A rs1550117, DNMT3B rs1569686) and recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) in Slovenian reproductive couples. Findings suggested that women carrying DNMT3B rs1569686 gene polymorphism might have the susceptibility to RSA.
