Jain A, et al. – A retrospective, double–blind study was designed to review the correlation of fetal breech and vertex presentation with the occurrence of hypotension under spinal anesthesia. According to findings, the breech fetal presentation is associated with an increased incidence of hypotension in pregnant females.
