Hussamy DJ, et al. - The efficacy of closed incision negative pressure therapy (ciNPT) was compared with a standard surgical dressing in the prevention of post-operative wound morbidity in women with class III obesity undergoing cesarean delivery. In this study, prophylactic ciNPT use after cesarean delivery was not associated with decreased wound morbidity when compared to a standard surgical dressing.
