Baystrukov VI, et al. - An analysis was performed to evaluate whether T-provisional or mini-crush was appropriate for bifurcation lesions (BFLs) within chronic total occlusion (CTO) vessels. The mini-crush technique, particularly when used to treat BFLs located within the CTO body or close to the proximal or the distal cap, seemed to be correlated with improved 1-year clinical and angiographic outcomes.
