Home P, et al. - The efficacy and safety of once-weekly omarigliptin as monotherapy in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) were evaluated. Over 54 weeks, omarigliptin monotherapy improved glycemic control in people with T2DM. It was generally well-tolerated with a low risk of hypoglycemia.
