Dogan O, et al. - The effectiveness of the single-incision needleless mini-sling (SIMS) was compared with the transobturator inside-out mid-urethral sling (TOT) in women with stress urinary incontinence. In this work, single-incision needleless mini-slings was similar regarding cure rates when compared to the trans-obturator mid-urethral slings from both the patient and clinician points of view in 24 months of follow-up. Mini-slings vs trans-obturator mid-urethral slings led to markedly reduced postoperative pain.
