Henderson JW, et al. - This research entailed the evaluation of the diagnostic ability of different cough stress test (CST) performed varying patient’s position and bladder volumes, with the aid of urodynamic stress urinary incontinence (USI) as the gold standard. The results demonstrated the accuracy of CSTs for diagnosing USI. It was determined that the 24-hour pad test was not predictive of USI and not helpful when used in conjunction with the CST.
