Dyer RA, et al. – This study entails prospective evaluation of bolus phenylephrine and ephedrine for the management of spinal hypotension in patients with severe preeclampsia. Findings demonstrated that in these subjects, when bolus ephedrine or phenylephrine were used, in the study doses, fetal acid–base status was not different.
