A radiogenomics signature for predicting the clinical outcome of bladder urothelial carcinoma
European Radiology Dec 06, 2019
Lin P, Wen D, Chen L, et al. - RNA sequencing data, radiomics peculiarities, and clinical parameters of 62 individuals with bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA) were analyzed in this study to determine the integrative value of contrast-enhanced CT (CECT), transcriptomics data, and clinicopathological data for prognosticating the survival of those with BLCA. In people with BLCA, progression-free interval prognostication was enhanced by integrative nomogram, which included CECT radiomics, transcriptomics, and clinical characteristics, and this was found to be a feasible and practical source for oncological precision medicine.
