Clinical Implant Dentistry and Related Research Oct 20, 2017
Van Weehaeghe M, et al. - The conventional implants with angulated abutment to tilted implants with an angulated connection were compared in this study. An implant with the angulated connection may result in a stronger connection but does not influence the marginal bone loss. There was no difference in marginal bone loss (MBL) between implants restored on abutment or implant level. Zirconia appears to decrease the amount of plaque.
