Vaccine Oct 28, 2017
Strijbos E, et al. - In a study population comprising patients with myasthenia gravis or Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome, researchers assessed the humoral immune response to and safety of a tetanus revaccination. They found that in this patient population, a tetanus revaccination was safe and elicited a significant immune response, regardless of their immunosuppressive medication. Furthermore, neither immunological nor clinical relevant exacerbations were observed in association with the tetanus revaccination.
