Al-Subaie S, et al. - The goal of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of Elipse intragastric balloon (IGB). Researchers identify that Elipse is a safe weight loss device, with comparable results to other conventional intragastric balloons. Some limitations of this novel device have been encountered in the study and need to be overcome for better outcomes.
