Baby N, et al. - The purpose herein was to investigate the efficacy of ketogenic diet (KD) therapy in South Indian children with pharmaco-resistant epilepsies. Data revealed that KD could prove to be a safe and effective option for children with pharmacoresistant epilepsies, despite being on a traditional carbohydrate-rich South Indian diet.
