A network-based signature to predict the survival of non-smoking lung adenocarcinoma
Cancer Management and Research Aug 24, 2018
Mao Q, et al. - Given that a substantial increase in the number of non-smoking lung adenocarcinoma (LAC) patients has gotten a lot of attention in the past decade, researchers provided a network-based signature to predict the survival of non-smoking LAC. The present data indicated that the prognostic signature distinguished the survival of non-smoking LAC and had moderate predictive abilities in the training and validation datasets. The findings from the present study suggested that the prognostic signature is a promising predictor of non-smoking LAC patients, which might help clinical practice and precision therapeutic management.
