Dhooria S, et al. - This multicenter study was performed to describe the diagnostic yield and safety of transbronchial lung cryobiopsy (TBLC) with different procedural techniques. In the diagnosis of diffuse parenchymal lung diseases (DPLDs), TBLC was found to offer a reasonable yield. Lower incidence of pneumothorax and moderate-to-severe bleeding were observed with the use of fluoroscopy and an occlusion balloon, respectively.
