Punnen S, et al. - Performance of the 4Kscore test, which detects aggressive prostate cancer in a cohort of men with a large African American (AA), was determined. The 4Kscore test was shown to accurately predicted aggressive prostate cancer for biopsy decision-making among both AA and non-AA men.
