Wu Z, et al. - Data from cross-sectional studies and prospective cohorts were gathered and analyzed herein to determine the prevalence of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) among patients with cerebrovascular (CV) disease and risk of cerebrovascular events among patients with OSA. Findings highlighted a very common prevalence of OSA in patients with CV disease and, similarly, susceptibility to develop CV disease was reported in patients with OSA.
