Dubory A et al. – This study aimed to assess the anatomical variability of upper sacrum using computed tomography scan in adults and to provide a user guide of spino–pelvic fixation with iliosacral screws in adult spinal deformity. The authors concluded that this user guide is reliable and reproducible independent of age, gender, and morphologic characteristics; however, it requires clinical assessment.
